Great accomodations and parking lot they let us clog up 4 days with truck and trailer travel for work from Arkansas to all over and preferably motels is suited for us to secure equipment. Great shower as we'll.

Rooms are very nice and clean. I used to stay here because of environment. I highly recommend this place because they got new management and renovated rooms. Couple who manage the property are very nice. Love the design of room and color combination. Place is safe and cozy. So if you’re looking decent and safe place no one can beat town house motel.
This hotel is completely remodeled, it seems new, those who work there are very cordial and kind, they even showed me the bedroom before paying for it. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I'll be back in a couple of weeks.
This place is great, from the cleanest rooms, to the best customer service! The family that runs this place is awesome, hard working, and very friendly. This is the best motel in Tracy you'll ever find!! No weirdos at this place!!
New managment, remodled rooms. Clean and staff is very pleasant.
I stayed here for 1 year . Before new management , the place was not very clean ! Since new management took over the rooms have all been remodeled , very clean & the new management is very friendly / accommodatiing . I would recommend this motel as a affordable clean friendly motel to stay at !
I just visited a friend there ,. But seemed to be , clean and up to good standers .
I loved it. Granted I'm a simple person when it comes to these things but still. Clean bed and towels. Good water pressure and temperature. Nice tv. Friendly staff. And the price is amazing. For what you pay and what you get it is excellent.
My first day here, but I was 24h late due to flight and travel delays. I called ahead of time to inform them and Chris was very nice to secure a room for me (despite no deposit as they only take cash and I was out of town). The room so far is clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. I’m staying here a week for work and will come back next time.
